OACIS is our historical application and classification information system. It contains historical information ONLY in two modules:

1. Job Description module 
2. Applicant Tracking and Job Posting module

Please use Job Builder for all job description actions and TAM (Talent Acquisition Manager) to apply for a job or to post a job opening.

NOTE:  We are no longer able to add new OACIS user accounts, nor can we modify current user accounts.  To request that your password be reset please submit a ServiceNow ticket via the  HR > Classification & Compensation > OACIS  option.

1. If you're having trouble logging in:
        --> Submit a ticket via HR ServiceNow (Classification & Compensation > Job Builder)

2. If you need to add a new user, modify a user, or inactivate a user account:
        --> JOB BUILDER ACCESS IS FOR STAFF ONLY
        --> Submit a ticket via HR ServiceNow (Classification & Compensation > Job Builder)

3. If you come across a system functionality or technical issue:
        --> Submit a ticket via HR ServiceNow (Classification & Compensation > Job Builder)

4. If you need assistance using or navigating the system:
        --> Submit a ticket via HR ServiceNow (Classification & Compensation > General Questions)
