UC Santa Barbara appreciates the importance of retired staff and faculty to the university, and their status as lifelong members of the UC Santa Barbara family. With the support of the Chancellor, the Office of Human Resources is pleased to house and staff the Emeriti and Retirees Center. The Center provides information, resources and guidance to current retirees, those contemplating retirement, and the surviving partners of deceased emeriti and retirees. It also provides support to the UCSB Emeriti Association and UCSB Retirees Association.
This website is a starting point for UC Santa Barbara emeriti and retirees seeking information about the services and benefits available to them. It also includes links to the UCSB Emeriti Association and the Retirees Association, both of which offer a wide variety of programs, resources, and opportunities for fellowship and service to the campus community.
