A medical leave is for your own serious health condition, including a reproductive loss. Employees who are away from work for 5 days or longer, or their departments, should contact the Leave of Absence Specialist to receive guidance and counseling on income options, and benefits continuation for staff leaves of absence. If you are requesting a Reproductive Loss Leave, please be aware that no medical documentation will be requested. Click on ServiceNow to submit a leave request or question. We are happy to help!
