 RE: HR Resources for Flexible Work Arrangements

 HR’s newly redesigned webpage, Flexible Work Arrangements is now live. The webpage is a compilation of accessible resources and tools for both staff and supervisors/managers to assist with evaluating the appropriateness of flexible work arrangements and ensure that the adjustment to a new way of working is successful. Below are two of the new resources designed to help an employee or manager/supervisor evaluate if a specific position is appropriate for a remote/hybrid arrangement. We are also inviting you to attend an Empowerment Session to help guide you through these new forms and to have a brief conversation about the next phase of work. The first half of each session will be recorded.

 Employees are encouraged to communicate their questions directly to their supervisor. Questions regarding Flexible Work Arrangements from departments and control points, can be submitted via HR ServiceNow  => Flexible Work Arrangements.
