Contract Effective Dates: 10/21/2022 - 3/31/2026 

Wage Increases:

7/1/25 (7/_ BW) - $1,000 Longevity Lump Sum - for employees who have reached 20 years of service as of 7/1/25.
7/1/25 - One Step Increase (~2%) - for non-probationary, career employees not at top step.**
7/1/25 - 3% Across the board (ATB) increase* 
7/1/24 (7/7 BW) - $1,000 Longevity Lump Sum - for employees who have reached 20 years of service as of 7/1/24

7/1/23 (6/25 BW) - One Step Increase (~2%) - for non-probationary, career employees not at top step.
7/1/23 (6/25 BW) - 4.6% Across the board (ATB) increase 
7/1/22 - 6% Across the board (ATB) increase 
7/1/22 - $3000 Ratification Lump Sum payment for eligible CX employees
7/1/22 - $1000 Longevity Lump Sum payment for eligible CX employees

*The annual increase amount is subject to change if the annual percentage amount provided to non-represented employees is greater. Also, employees in accreted titles will receive the ATB increase.
**Employees in accreted titles will receive a 2% wage adjustment as a proxy to the step increase.

Previous Contract (2017-2021):

12/26/21 - Admin Officer 2 CX accretion increases (for eligible employees):

  • step structure implemented;
  • placement on step closest to but not less than current pay rate;
  • one step increase​​
  • $800 prorated ratification lump sum 

6/27/21 - 3% Across the board (ATB) increase for all CX employees; and
2021  -  One-step increase for career Public Safety Dispatchers on their step placement anniversary date

10/5/20 - Admin Officer 2's accreted into Teamsters Local 2010 (effective 10/5/20). Effects bargaining must be completed before any wage increases can be implemented for this group of employees.

6/14/20 -  One-step increase for career Public Safety Dispatchers on their step placement anniversary date
