Transitioning into UC Retiree Health Insurance Webinar - Tuesday May 6th:
If you are preparing to retire or just thinking about it, please join us on Tuesday, May 6th from 10:30am-12:00pm PST, to learn about UC retiree health insurance. This webinar presented by Janelle Mirzaei, Health Care Facilitator, will cover the following topics:

In Person Appointments - Thursday, May 8th:
We are excited to announce in-person office hours with representatives from the Retirement Administrative Service Center (RASC) and UCSB’s Health Care Facilitator on Thursday May 8th. between 9am-4pm. These appointments are intended for soon-to-retire employees. Appointments are required and will be offered in 20 minute sessions between 9am-4pm. To make an appointment, please contact the Human Resources office at 805-893-2489 or Janelle Mirzaei, Health Care Facilitator, at 805-893-3450.
Please identify which representative you would prefer to meet with based on their areas of expertise:
Retirement counselor - Will assist you with the retirement process, supporting documentation that may be required, service credit and general UCRP policy.
Retiree Health liaison - Will help you with filling out retiree health paperwork, questions regarding UC Retiree health insurance, including UC medicare coordinated plans, and the rehired retiree policy.
All in-person appointments will be located at the Human Resources office, 3rd floor of the Student Affairs & Administrative Services Building (SAASB).
