In preparation for successor bargaining for AFT-IX Unit 18 Lecturers, which commences March 2026, UCOP is soliciting feedback from campus stakeholders across the system.
The goal of the survey is to collect feedback from across the system that will inform bargaining proposal as well as form a picture of what our biggest pain points and priorities are.

Responses are due by Friday, September 12, 2025, and will be shared with Systemwide Labor Relations, Systemwide Academic Personnel, and the representatives from each location who form the bargaining team.
