RE: ASAP Wellness Workshop: Responding Effectively to Anxiety Symptoms- Reclaiming Your Agency and Peace
Anxiety often interferes with our ability to be present, to focus on important tasks and needs, and to remain connected with ourselves and others. In the past several years, U.S. adults have reported increasing rates of anxiety, due in part to growing socio political concerns, uncertainty, financial difficulties, and safety concerns.
This workshop will focus on enhancing awareness and understanding of anxiety symptoms, and providing strategies and tools to address anxious moments as they arise. Participants will learn tips for nervous system regulation, interacting with anxious thoughts, and responding effectively to other anxiety symptoms.
Join us for a 45 minute workshop to increase your understanding of anxiety, and develop tools and strategies to reclaim a sense of agency and peace in your everyday life.
Date and Time: Wednesday, May 14th, 12:05pm to 12:50pm (Zoom)
