RE: ASAP Wellness Workshop – From Overwhelm to Ease: Embodied Practices for Emotional Balance

 

In times of stress, our bodies can experience an overload of emotions, including anxiety, fear, and anger. This workshop will offer practical tools and embodied practices designed to manage overwhelming emotions. Through guided techniques focused on calming the nervous system, you will learn to cultivate balance, tranquility, and steadiness in the face of stress.  Whether you’re navigating today’s uncertainties or everyday challenges, this session provides accessible skills to foster a sense of calm and emotional grounding.
