We are thrilled to announce the new Staff Engagement Program Manager - Kelly Wood who will be joining Human Resources on January 3, 2024.  Kelly is currently assigned in the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Service's office where has served since June of this year.  Kelly has extensive experience in management and employee engagement with Trader Joe's and is a graduate of UCSB with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History.

In this crucial campus role, Kelly will be instrumental in driving initiatives to enhance the overall staff engagement experience.

With Kelly's wealth of experience in staff engagement strategies, we are confident that their leadership will further enrich our workplace culture and foster a sense of belonging among our talented staff. She comes to us with a proven track record in implementing successful engagement programs that not only boost morale but also contribute to the professional development of individuals within the organization.
