Stress is something we all feel in various ways, and is part of a healthy system. Yet, when we are in chronic states of stress, always in fight-flight-freeze mode, it is time to pause and reevaluate.
Join Senior Yoga Teacher and Health & Meditation Coach, Kelly Heath, to reconnect with your inner self. Through breathing, conscious movement, pause (meditation) and conversation, we will remember that the mind is never at peace. We hear good news and feel happy, hear bad news and get anxious or depressed, receive a compliment and feel flattered, or receive criticism and feel deeply offended. This leads us to experience overwhelm, frustration, anger, chronic fatigue, insomnia, and a whole host of diseases. The good news is that we do have access to inner peace by finding ways to connect and align with your whole being.
