We are offering a 5 week, 50-minute psychoeducational group that teaches mindfulness skills to practice awareness and calmly redirect one’s mind toward introspection, while promoting the central ideas of diversity, equity, and inclusion (i.e., diverse workforce that feels included, acknowledge people's differences and recognize these differences as valuable, and promote inclusiveness). By the end of the group, you will learn skills to lower your stress and anxiety, improving your overall mental health. You will gain skills to appreciate the presence and perspectives of a diverse workforce.

This five-week psychoeducational group will meet weekly on zoom between July 13th and August 10th.

Group members need to commit to attending most group sessions and complete a brief (15-minute) pre and post-group survey. The pre-survey will be distributed on a rolling basis, beginning Wednesday 7/5.

This is a closed group, so space is limited.

Location:  Zoom link will be provided upon RSVP
