Twenty-one months into the pandemic, exhausted working parents need healing. We need to process what we’ve been through, so we can move forward in healthy ways, for ourselves and our children. Do you find that the pandemic shifted your values and priorities around parenting and work? Join us for six weeks of support and exploration with other parents on campus, addressing topics such as establishing new boundaries between work and home, making new routines, and re-evaluating our parental values so that we can begin the new year with intention.

This six-week confidential therapy group will meet weekly between January 18th to February 22nd. We will hold multiple groups based on the child's age (i.e., 0-5 years, 5-11 years, 12-17 years).

Group members need to commit to attending all group sessions and a brief

(15-minute) pre-group screen. This is a closed group, so space is limited.

Location:  Zoom link will be provided upon RSVP
