RE: Launch of ePerformance for Policy-Covered (Non-Represented) Staff

Effective April 1, 2021, all policy-covered (non-represented) staff and their supervisors will capture their performance story in a more robust and streamline manner through ePerformance.

ePerformance is a module in UCPath which incorporates a new performance development approach and performance evaluation form into an interactive web-based performance feedback process that runs on a 12-month performance cycle from April 1 to March 31 of each year. Through integrated goal setting and built-in checkpoints, ePerformance provides the unique opportunity for staff and supervisors to discuss performance measures, training and career development needs, and to gauge understanding of job priorities. This process is a sure-fire way to maintain open and transparent dialogue, creating a relationship that yields trust in the workplace. The new and improved, paperless technology of ePerformance, sets the stage for a modern performance development program at UC Santa Barbara for future years.

This week, policy-covered staff will receive an email indicating that their ePerformance documents are now available.  Follow the link within the email to access your performance document.
