Please join us for this experiential wellness workshop to practice a relaxing and rejuvenating gentle yoga flow for beginners. You will be guided through a sequence of nurturing yoga poses, breathwork, and meditation. Take time to replenish your body, mind, and spirit during this 45-minute workshop.
