RE: Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP) - Spring 2020 Applications Due by 1/6/20
Human Resources, Training & Development is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the Spring 2020 (April 20-23) Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP) at Lake Arrowhead. MSAP enables participants to identify managerial strengths, determine areas for improvement, learn about the range of skills necessary for effective management, and practice them in a supporting environment.
This program, conducted in conjunction with other UC campuses, is designed to assess the management skill of high potential, early career UC supervisors, managers, and professionals for future leadership opportunities within their UC environment.
Completed applications must be submitted online by Monday, January 6th at 4:00 PM, and final selections will be made by Wednesday, January 8th, 2020. An online application must be submitted for consideration. The application and additional program information (with its applicant and supervisor components), can be found at http://msap.ucr.edu/.
Please note that the deadline to submit your application is Monday, January 6th at 4:00 PM. If you want to attend but anticipate you cannot complete your application until just before the deadline, please contact Tori Stoeckinger at tori.stoeckinger@hr.ucsb.edu or x 3168 to let her know of your intention in advance of your submission.
The fee for MSAP is $1,525 per participant.
