Stress and anxiety impact many aspects of our lives. Throughout the day we may find ourselves distracted or worried about home and family life. While at home, we may be burdened by work-related stress. Mindfulness is an effective practice of living in the moment, which can help decrease feelings of overwhelm. Join Dr. Victoria Gonzalez for a brief overview of mindfulness, and guided mindfulness-based strategies for managing anxiety, and staying present.
