RE: 2019 Service Milestone Reception on June 4th - Hold the Date!
Human Resources, in collaboration with the UC Santa Barbara Service Milestone Committee, is hosting a reception on June 4th to recognize career staff members who have reached a service milestone between June 2018 and May 2019. This is the second year for this event and we are excited to be able to host it again. Invitations have been sent to over 450 service award recipients. The service award recipients have been encouraged to invite their coworkers and supervisors/managers to attend with them; however, any UC Santa Barbara employee can join as a member of the audience.
Human Resources continues to encourage departments to recognize the service milestones of their staff throughout the year, and this is not intended to replace similar departmental activities that are in place. This event is intended to celebrate UC service milestones for staff across the campus.
