RE:     CX/Teamsters 3% Wage Increase Effective April 23, 2017

This memo sets out the schedule for the first 3% wage increase process for the newly ratified CX/Teamsters contract.  The process begins on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. and ends on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 8:00 a.m.  This process does not require the departments to do anything.  The entire process will be handled centrally in HR.  The only action we ask departments to take is:

1.     BEFORE the freeze begins, please ensure that the distributions and appointments in PPS are current for all CX employees.
2.     AFTER the EDB update (the evening of May 4, 2017), please review the final EDB updates in PPS and confirm that all of your CX employees were included in the wage increase.

The effective date for this 3% wage increase is April 23, 2017 for all BW paid CX employees.  The increase will be reflected in the May 17th paycheck.

3% Wage increase Schedule

Friday, May 5, 2017 – PPS Freeze concludes at 8:00 a.m. and Departments review their employees to confirm the accuracy of the updates.

Again, the PPS Freeze will be in effect from 3:00 p.m. Friday, April 28, 2017 through Friday, May 5, 2017 at 8:00 a.m.  Once the final EDB update is run I will let you know when the freeze is over.
