RE:     RX and TX (UPTE) Employees 3% Range Adjustment

This memo sets out the schedule for the 3% range adjustment process for RX and TX (UPTE) Employees.  The process begins on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. and concludes on Tuesday, September 21, 2016 at 8:00 a.m.  This process does not require the departments to do anything.  The entire process will be handled centrally in HR.  The only action we ask departments to take is:

1.     BEFORE the freeze begins, please ensure that the distributions and appointments in PPS are current for all RX and TX employees.
2.     AFTER the EDB update (the evening of September 20), please review the final EDB updates in PPS and confirm that all of your RX and TX employees were included in the range adjustment.

The effective date for this 3% range adjustment is October 9, 2016 for all BW paid RX and TX employees and October 1, 2016 for all MO paid RX and TX employees.
