RE: Revisions to Mandatory Employment Notices
Recent revisions have been made to the following list of Mandatory Employment Notices. Please remove the old versions and replace with the revised versions as soon as possible.

- Employee Rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act — WH Publication 1420a (4/2016 — English) (NOTE: DOL has written that the February 2013 version of the FMLA poster is still good and can continue to be used to fulfill the posting requirement.)
- Your Rights and Obligations as a Pregnant Employee (DFEH-100-20), effective April, 2016. In addition to posting this notice, please note that we are also required to give a copy of this Notice to all employees “as soon as practicable after the employee tells the employer of her pregnancy or sooner if the employee inquires about reasonable accommodation, transfer, or pregnancy disability leaves."
