UC Care - UC Select/Tier 1 Provider Network

Anthem Blue Cross will be administering the UC Care medical plan in 2017.  The Anthem provider directory has not yet been fully updated with all local UC Select specialist.
 
The UC Select/Tier 1 provider network in Santa Barbara will be the same in 2017. The following providers will continue to participate in the UC Select/Tier 1 network.
