RE: Notice of Formal Review and Employee Comment Period for Nondiscrimination and Affirmative Action Policy

The University of California is proposing a revision to the systemwide Nondiscrimination and Affirmative Action Policy Regarding Academic and Staff Employment. The revision is intended to reflect recent amendments related to the California Fair Employment and Housing Act and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ pay transparency rule.

This policy is undergoing a formal review and employees covered by this policy who wish to provide comments may submit them to Amy Arnold at Amy.Arnold@hr.ucsb.edu by no later than December 14, 2016.
