RE:      Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP) - Call for Applications Fall 2016

Human Resources, Training & Development is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the Fall 2016 (October 10-13) Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP) at Lake Arrowhead.  MSAP enables participants to identify managerial strengths, determine areas for improvement, learn about the range of skills necessary for effective management, and practice them in a supporting environment.

This program, conducted in conjunction with other UC campuses, is designed to assess the management skill of high potential, early career UC supervisors, managers, and professionals for future leadership opportunities within their UC environment.

Due to a new application system, anyone who has previously filled out an online application in 2013 or prior will need to complete an entirely new application.  Additional program information including the online MSAP application (with its applicant and supervisor components), can be found at http://msap.ucr.edu/.  Completed applications must be submitted online by Friday, August 5, 2016 at 5:00pm, and final selections will be made for MSAP on or around Tuesday, August 9th.
