RE: UCPATH Benefits Confirmation & 2023 Updates
I would encourage you all to take a minute to check your benefit summary page on UCPATH to make sure your new benefit selections and/or current selections are accurate. Please also validate your premium deductions from your paycheck. You can view your paycheck on UCPATH.
2023 Reminders & Updates
·Starting January 1, 2023 Accolade will replace Anthem Health Guide for CORE, UC Care and UC Health Saving Plan as the first point of contact for help with your health benefits questions. Learn more on the Anthem UC/ Accolade website
ID Cards:
Medical ID cards were mailed out during the last week of December.
·ALL Anthem members (UC Care, CORE & Health Savings Plan) will receive new Anthem ID cards
·ALL Health Net members (UC Blue & Gold) will receive new ID cards.
·Only new Kaiser HMO members will receive an ID card.
·Only new Delta Dental members will receive an ID card. You can print ID card anytime on the Delta Dental portal- Delta Dental PPO/HMO website
·New and current vision VSP members can print ID cards on the VSP online portal.
