The pandemic shifted our relationship to work. Regardless of whether employees have experienced work or personal stress, one thing is clear – Employees are feeling even more stressed than they did in 2020 (previous all-time high). Many leaders and employees across the globe are overwhelmed with everything from added workloads, increased vacancies, hiring freezes, growing anxieties about finances, family and an uncertain future. These struggles have led to monumental rates of burnout, with workplace stress at a new all-time high. Fortunately, attitudes about employee mental health have dramatically shifted in the direction of employee well-being. Join us for an interactive presentation where we will actively engage with one another to examine work culture, manage burnout, and explore strategies towards work-life sustainability.

Please note this presentation will be an interactive experience.
