John joined the UCSB Human Resources team in 2017 as an Employment Representative and after serving as a recruiter for a year and a half, he was hired as a Compensation Analyst. Andrea came to UCSB in 2016 as the Office Manager for Academic Personnel. She joined the UCSB Human Resources team in 2019 as a Compensation Analyst providing compensation and classification services to the Office of Research, Institutional Advancement, ITS, EAPQ, ICBT and KITP.
