Have you ever thought about serving as a mentor, but didn’t know where to start? Do you need a mentor? Look no further, Gaucho Mentor Connection is here!
We are excited to launch the first year of the Gaucho Mentor Connection (GMC) program. GMC was established to create a tangible way for UCSB staff to mentor and be mentored on campus, as well as build networking connections. Here at UCSB, we have a multitude of talented staff with a lot of knowledge and many resources to share. This program aims to facilitate spreading that knowledge and those resources. Whether you are interested in learning how to become a better leader, navigate a specific software program, or are looking to share what you’ve learned as a working professional, we would love for you to participate!
