Leave with Pay
While on leave of absence with pay (using sick, vacation or comp time) your health benefits continue as usual.
Leave without Pay
The UC contributions to medical, dental and vision benefits continues while an employee is covered by Family & Medical Leave (FML), California Family Rights Act (CFRA) and Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL).
While on leave of absence without pay (NOT using sick, vacation or comp time) you will receive benefits prepay billing from the UCPath Center for the employee contribution to benefits.
It is your responsibility to make changes to Parking, Fidelity, California Casualty, Recreation Center and any other personal deductions.
