Compensation Staff

Kathy Moore, Compensation Manager

Kathy joined UCSB in 1995 and after 18 years of serving the campus as a Compensation Analyst, she was hired as the Compensation Manager.

Linda Broen, Senior Compensation Analyst

Linda joined the UCSB Human Resources team as an Employment Representative and after serving as a recruiter for many years, she was hired as a Compensation Analyst and now provides compensation and classification services to the division of Academic Affairs (not including the Library, ETS, or the Graduate Division).

John Ibach, Senior Compensation Analyst

John joined the UCSB Human Resources team in 2017 as an Employment Representative and after serving as a recruiter for a year and a half, he was hired as a Compensation Analyst. John now provides compensation and classification services to the division of Administrative Services, Athletics and the Library.

Andrea Dittman, Compensation Analyst

Andrea came to UCSB in 2016 as the Office Manager for Academic Personnel. She joined the UCSB Human Resources team in 2019 as a Compensation Analyst providing compensation and classification services to the Office of Research, Institutional Advancement, ETS, EAPQ, ICBT and KITP.

Anna Fudge, Compensation Analyst

Anna joined the UCSB HR department in October 2019 and is responsible for providing compensation and classification services for the division of Student Affairs, the Graduate Division and Finance and Resource Management.

Debbie Hudgens, Compensation & Labor Relations Assistant

Debbie came to UCSB after having a long and dedicated career providing a variety of human resources and adminstrative services at ITT Technical Institute. She now provides administrative support to the Compensation unit, HR Administration and Employee & Labor Relations.
